I would give 1000 stars if I could for Martha. I was given her name and number recommended by a friend when my s/o and I started looking for a house. We held off on reaching out but when we found our dream home when going to an open house I texted her as soon as I got home to see if it wasn't too late for her to help us put in an offer (seeing the deadline was within 3 days). She jumped right in and did everything she could to help us and got everything we needed in time for the offer. She is the absolute best realtor around and will bend over backwards to help find you your future place to call home.
