A 2025 customer said Ed measured the floor, gave a reasonable price and scheduled a date to clean the floors in the house, but did not show up on that day. That 2025 customer said they waited an hour and a half, called and left a message, and that no calls were returned that day or later that week.
Ed measured the floor, gave a reasonable price and scheduled a date for the floors in the house to be cleaned. On the day of the floor cleaning, he didn't show up. I waited an hour and a half as well as called and left a message. No calls were returned that day or later that week. Very disappointed as this caused a lot of extra stress for me rearranging my schedule and moving furniture around. I'll never reach out to this company again.
Ethan did a fantastic job on our carpets. Highly recommend using this company. Great service and the price was very good. Will be using Ethan for all our carpet cleaning needs .
