We had so many contractors come out to look at the space for our project and almost all of them told us it would be too difficult of a location. But Frank took the time to listen to us and walk around the property to come up with a plan that would work. We could not be happier with the result. He sourced the best materials, gave stellar recommendations, and paid such close attention to details that I hadn’t even considered (and I am a very detail oriented person). Phenomenal communication, worked extremely fast and with a very large crew that made everything go smoothly. We contacted Frank for a retaining wall around a new in-ground pool. His communication was great, always let us know what to expect and when. We hired Frank and MGS to design and build our 1200 square ft raised patio. From the initial Contact and design step through to the completion of this huge project MGS was one of the best contractors I have ever used.
