I highly recommend Ben at Master Rooter Plumbing! Ben was honest and professional, he provided fast service this summer, when we had a sewer pipe leaking in our basement, and Ben and his colleague responded in under an hour. Ben took the time to thoroughly explain what caused the clog and how it led to the sewer overflow. Ben was very knowledgeable, and honest in answering all of my questions. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the prompt and professional service we received. I truly appreciate Ben and his colleague for taking care of the problem so efficiently. Thank you, Ben and the Master Rooter team, for the excellent service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing service.
I called Ben about an unfortunate issue I was having. He sent a technician, Paul, who was by my house very quickly! They took care of my problem in about 30 minutes. Very much appreciated! Would definitely call them again!!
Excellent service from start to finish! I had an issue with the main drain line affecting the toilet at my property, and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got everything cleared and working properly. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure the issue was completely resolved before leaving. It’s not always easy finding someone reliable who shows up when they say they will and gets the job done right, but these guys delivered. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend! Thanks again Ben
Sewer pump broke and Ben & Paul came in the next morning, knowledgeable, professional and quickly replaced the pump to get us back up and running. They even cleaned up the mess in the basement. Awesome. Had to call the guys back in because something had clogged the pump, leaving a trickle of water across the basement floor. SAME DAY, called Ben and he had Paul come back through and take care of the issue and we were thankfully, back to normal again. Master Rooter once again saves the day!!
Excellent service from Master Rooter CT! We recently had a very challenging drainage issue at Civita Care Center in Danbury, and the Master Rooter team did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and determined to find the source of the problem. What impressed me most was their willingness to investigate the issue thoroughly rather than immediately recommending an expensive repair. Their experience and professionalism helped us resolve the problem efficiently and avoid unnecessary work and costs. I highly recommend Master Rooter CT for commercial plumbing and drainage work. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and a job very well done!
