The most recent written account of Maya Landscape is from 2013, and it is a good one. A Waltham homeowner had taken down some trees; Ivan and his crew raked the entire lawn and hauled off what the customer called a giant pile of branches, and they turned up a day early, so the brush was gone before anyone got home from work. The rest of the written history runs back to 2008. One customer described steady, continuous lawn work and rated it four out of five. Another said the job was done as requested and the landscaper handled the cleanup. A third praised the lawn itself but added a wrinkle: two weeks on, no bill had arrived. What survives in writing, then, is a dated picture of a crew that showed up, cleaned up after itself, and was in no hurry to invoice. If you are calling them for a cleanup or a mowing contract, ask who is running the crew now and how billing works — when the invoice comes and what it covers — since that is the one thing a customer actually flagged.
