In a 2023 review, a customer who had used the company for years said they came and got the job done quickly and efficiently whenever they called, and recommended Paul and his team. In a 2025 review, a customer whose sprinklers were not turning on said Steve told them he would come right away once they located the control valves and sent pictures; after their landscapers dug the valves out, he said on Monday that he was two weeks out.
Steve seemed like a nice guy. My sprinklers were not turning on. When I called him over the phone and gave him the error code, he said if I could locate the control valves of my sprinkler and send him pictures, he would come right away and get them fixed. I had my landscapers dig them out on a Sunday for him. I called him on Monday and he said he is 2-weeks out. I guess not very reliable ... I wish I had a better experience with him.
McCarthy irrigation does an excellent job. Just make a call they come and get the job done quickly and efficiently, been using them for years. I highly recommend Paul and his team
