MCIVER ELECTRICAL CONTRACTING

McIver Electric has done a few different jobs for me. They installed a pole for a meter, wired up a hot tub, and run underground cabling out to a garage. Each time they came they were ontime, professional, and their quality of work far surpassed the work others have done in the past. I know if I need any electrical work done i'm calling McIver Electric. From the office to the job site, you will not find a better, more knowledgable staff that takes pride in their work.

Will not recommend McIver Electric to anyone. Had them do a service on my standby generator. Originally get a bill saying they replaced the battery and did a tune up and test run. Bill total said around $256 with credit card payment or $250 cash payment. I wanted a more detailed explanation on my bill of what services were performed (like if the valves needed adjustment, which is important). Went to the office to pay for the tune up in cash. Asked if I could get a more detailed bill from billing lady of what was done and told me she couldn't and they don't do that. Then, another gentleman tried giving me this long speech on why they couldn't. Billing lady then hands me a new bill which is now $100 more and a generic explanation of services they do on the generator! They forgot to charge me for the battery replacement. Mistakes happen understandably, but when a customer asks for a detailed bill of what was done give it to them. My vehicle mechanic does, why can't they? Not okay with me and will no longer do business with them.

We have an old farm house which is very hard to work on. I had McIver Electical install a Generator and also a 60 Amp Service for the upstairs bedrooms. I highly recommend them. They got a hard job done on schedule, as quoted, and with professionalism!

Everything you could hope for in electrical professionals. We needed three driveway lamp posts changed out along with repairs to the existing wiring. They responded same day to my inquires, provided fast and detailed estimates, showed up exactly as scheduled, we’re approachable, professional, detailed, and efficient. Overall, McIver delivered excellent quality, at an excellent price and with excellent service!! As I stated at the beginning, EVERYTHING you could hope for! Why look elsewhere.

Though after our pre apt. Call with me they were 99% sure work couldnt be performed per scheduled apt. During verifying apt. Times and needs the landlord had scheduled of them , They still came out,in person ,per scheduled apt . To see if water levels went down in crawl space .(* They could of called like most. Others would of ) Fyi :the landlord failed to give MCIVER the full situation/ story ,of the crawl space being full up with a few feet of water , & impossible to do electric work in a crawl space filling up from an unknown water source Will definetly be using them on my own home in near future ,& referring them to others . On etiquette,punctuality ,& rep alone .
