Customers writing in 2022–2024 described Mark guiding them through solar decisions, installation, and approvals at Merrimack Solar. The company says it was founded and is operated by Mark and Andre and works within the SunRun network. From Merrimack, New Hampshire, it advertises residential solar installations, repairs and maintenance, battery storage, EV chargers, and smart panels for homeowners in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In a December 2022 Google review, one customer said Mark took time to explain solar options, including purchasing or leasing panels, and slowed the discussion so they understood their choices. After the customer left a voicemail, Mark texted immediately to say he was on another call; within 30 minutes, they had finished speaking and arranged a consultation for the following day. A November 2022 reviewer said they felt no pressure to put up solar and that Mark accommodated their need to reschedule the panel installation. The work described went beyond the initial conversation. A May 2023 reviewer said Mark stayed in contact from signing the agreement until the panels were operating. In an April 2023 review, a Concord customer identified Mark Robichaud and his Sun Run team and said their panels had been running since the beginning of January 2023. A November 2022 customer said the installers explained what would happen and completed the installation in one day. Two March 2024 accounts described help during the process. One customer said Mark answered questions from the beginning through later stages and set expectations for timing. Another described coordination involving their utility provider, town inspector, loan servicer, and solar team, saying Mark responded to problems involving those contacts. A September 2023 reviewer said Mark considered their energy use, roof orientation, and financial goals when designing a solar system. A September 2025 review raised a different experience. The customer said they were charged $400 for an inspection that lasted ten minutes, supplied the ladder themselves, and understood the charge would be part of the total job. They attributed initial delays to a wet spring but said they never heard back once the rain ended.
