Michele A is a Quincy, MA house cleaner who's built a small but spotless track record on Thumbtack: a perfect 5.0 across three ratings, with a background check on file under the name Michele Pinto. The two reviews on file both come from this year and describe the same thing from different angles — one customer says she caught the small details "that are often overlooked," leaving every room spotless; another, mid-move, says she never had to repeat an instruction and hasn't been this satisfied with a cleaner before. Thumbtack lists her for standard, deep, move-out, and vacation-rental cleaning, plus commercial cleaning and home organizing, and marks her a Top Pro after two years in business and two hires through the platform. With only two write-ups on file, it's a short track record rather than a long one — worth confirming her current availability and rates directly, especially for a bigger or one-off job like a move-out clean.
I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with Michele and get to know her. She made my moving process so much easier and went above and beyond what was expected. I never had to tell her anything twice—she worked with great care, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’ve hired cleaning services before, but I’ve never been as satisfied as I am with Michele. From now on, I won’t work with anyone else. Highly recommend her!
helle was absolutely excellent! She was incredibly detailed, thorough, and took great pride in her work. Every area she cleaned was spotless, and she paid attention to the little details that are often overlooked. She was professional, efficient, and left everything looking and feeling refreshed. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a reliable and meticulous cleaner. I would gladly hire her again!
