Michelle Nolan's Cleaning & Organizing Services

Michelle Nolan's Cleaning & Organizing Services is a residential cleaning and organizing business that says it has served customers in Chittenden and Franklin counties since 2012. Its stated service area runs from Burlington, Colchester and Essex to Shelburne, Hinesburg, Fairfax and Westford. A recent customer who had struggled for years to find reliable cleaners says the crew shows up consistently, and that substitutes are sent when needed so no week is missed. A recent customer said Chloe always arrives on time. A recent reviewer wrote that Cleo fills her two-hour time frame with a few extra projects. A 2025 customer said Michelle Nolan and her cleaning crew did a full deep clean of a 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,600 sq ft home in South Burlington, down to the baseboards, ceilings, cabinets, light fixtures, baseboard heating units, fridge, windows, stairs and hardwood floors. A 2025 reviewer wrote that Michelle got the whole house organized and decluttered. A 2025 customer with a broken right arm said a cleaner was in place within days. In 2024, a retired couple wrote that their cleaner, Haley, took a bag of recycling that was too heavy for them down to the basement. A 2022 customer in Colchester said the cleaner, Heidi, was on time and took her time on a house of around 2,250 square feet, and that the company accepted Venmo. A 2022 customer said housekeepers appeared rushed and left before the end of a three-hour slot. That 2022 customer also said that after a year of service the rate was raised by $30 per session, ended the service after pushback, and was later told the house key had been thrown away.
