Michelle's Cleaning Service

Michelle's Cleaning Service has built an unusually loyal following out of Milford — reviewers keep mentioning how long they've stuck around: three years, five years, one says over ten. Michelle, who runs the family-owned business, sends the same small crew back to regular clients rather than rotating strangers through their homes. Google shows 103 ratings at a perfect 5.0, with Thumbtack, Angi, and HomeAdvisor all around 4.8. The reviews describe the same experience across years and dozens of homes: a consistent team, spotless results down to corners and baseboards, and easy communication when a schedule needs to shift. A couple of reviews describe harder jobs done well — a large home deep-cleaned while a family member was ill, and, in a 2021 review, a church left unused for over a year and a half, cleaned of spider webs, dust, and construction debris from an insulation job. The company says it's been operating for 10 years. There's no negative account anywhere in the written record — the one review below five stars, from 2021, was still a satisfied customer who kept the service on a regular schedule afterward. The main thing to note is that recent written activity has been light, just one review in the last six months, though the long-term clients quoted throughout suggest the relationship holds up well past the first visit. For recurring house cleaning or a one-time deep clean in the Milford area, this is about as consistent a track record as reviews get.
