Digby Jr., P.E. as president, working from 1 Serenoa Lane in Wilmington. The work described is straightforward visual inspection of homes and commercial property — chimneys, roofing, gutters, siding, porches and windows through to grading, structure, electrical, plumbing and heating. Outside that profile, the only voices are undated. A customer writing on a listing site came away impressed by how much ground the inspector covered on their first home, and a Massachusetts community forum names the company among independent inspectors. Neither carries a date, so neither says anything about how — or whether — the business runs today. There are no BBB complaints on file, and the company is not BBB accredited. If you were pointed here by an old recommendation, the first call is a status check: confirm the company is still trading, and that whoever would inspect your house holds a current Massachusetts home inspector registration with the state board, before you book anything.
