Mike's Tree Service & Landscaping

We were so happy with the first project that we had Mike’s Tree Service and Landscaping come back for more work, and they delivered once again! Our backyard has been completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier. They were easy to work with from start to finish, hardworking, and fairly priced! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future!

This company wanted the entire dollar quote upfront, then did not follow through with all work promised and paid for. One important tree that needs trimming was not touched and yet the amount we paid them included the completion of that. They kept our money for more than two months and we needed to keep after them to finish the work. They are unreliable and continually pushed us aside for other projects. The caliber of their work hardly makes the average grade. They prefer to just "tip" some trees/bushes rather than "trim" them since it's cheaper for them to do it that way. On their last day they had the gall to ask us for more money even though we had prepaid for everything more than two months ago. Also, they pushed their relatives on us to follow up with stump grinding whose rates were outrageous. We were repeatedly called, personal pushy visits were made at our home, and we were interrogated as to why we chose not to use that particular stump grinding service. Their attitude is completely self-serving with no regard to what the customer prefers. Over the years we have written MANY positive rave reviews for companies that were deserving of recognition. At times we have offered appropriate monetary gifts, cards, etc. This company deserves none of that. Please consider using a different company for any outdoor landscaping work.

Had services performed today by Mike and his team. Took down an oversized magnolia tree and shaped and pruned a large red maple by Vinny an amazing talented tree professional. We would definitely use them again and would strongly recommend them. When they left my yard was spotless. Great job!!

Two men worked non stop for 4 hours. Cut infected red maple to the ground left flat stump, good cut, chipped,, cleaned up that area... Cut down dead 60 ft. Maple into pieces for easier removal from back yard using a wheel barrow to haul it to front yard -into truck and chipper. Cleaned up all areas using rakes, shovels, blower and large barrel. Again , left flat stump cut even with the ground. Good job , Thanks Mike!

Talked to Mike on Friday about a taking a tree down. He was there by Monday. Unfortunately, the truck couldn't get to where it needed to be. I thought,"ok this isn't going to happen today". But, Mike spoke with my neighbor, asking if they could use their driveway for awhile and they kindly said yes. The crew was determined to get that tree down for me and they did. They cleaned everything up beautifully before they left. Thank-you Mike, Mario and crew!
