Miles Family Landscaping is a Marlborough lawn and landscaping outfit, family-owned by its own description, whose written reviews run from late 2021 to mid-2023. Its directory profiles list lawn care, fall cleanups and snow removal, and Thumbtack adds turf and sod work, mulching, shrub trimming and patios. Several customers name Shea. In a June 2023 Thumbtack review, a customer said Shea answered questions quickly, the crew came over that same night to take care of the lawn, the price was good, and they were then coming on a regular basis. A December 2021 Angi reviewer described Shea and Sam as responsive and communicative, keeping the customer informed of what was happening and when. Another from the same month said Shea gave updates on issues and delays, with a brush pick-up still waiting on better weather. In a September 2022 review, a customer said the Miles brothers built a backyard patio, rock garden and steps and worked well with the customer's ideas. One June 2023 Thumbtack account said the job was done as contracted but the outcome was not what the customer expected, and the two sides were working it out.
