Milligan Metal Roofing Specialists says on its website that it focuses exclusively on metal roofing — installations, repairs and replacements — and that it completes 50 to 100 roofs a year. It advertises free estimates. A recent customer has a black metal roof on an old farmhouse and says they got an immediate quote from the owner, with the job lined up within the month and the workers on time and working right through the day. A 2026 customer said Henry answered their questions, was prompt with the estimate and delivered the materials neatly, and that the crew cleaned up and did a walk-around before payment. A 2026 customer said the crew arrived as planned, installed their metal roof and cleaned up everything afterward. A 2023 customer who was in New York City during the installation said Mr. Milligan and his team arrived on time and put a blue metal roof on their mother's house. A 2023 customer from Eagle Lake said Henry was quick with an estimate, called the price very reasonable, and said the work was done within the timeline he proposed.
Beautiful black metal roof looks perfect on our old farmhouse! Got an immediate quote from the owner; job lined up within the month; workers on time and worked right through the day; workers are cleancut young men who were extremely courteous and very nice. All in all I rate Milligan Metal Roofing Specialists as a 5***** business and highly recommend them!
Very happy with our new metal roof!! Henry was very easy to deal with. He answered all my questions, delivered the materials in a neat and efficient manner. He was very prompt with the estimate, job went well and was completed in due time, the crew cleaned up in a professional manner and did a walk around before payment. Sealed the deal with a handshake and a smile. Highly recommend!!
