Two wood decks, new garage and basement windows, soffit panels and a kitchen remodel: that is the list a 2024 customer gave for the work Austin of Mix Up Fix Up LLC did at their house. That customer said Austin helped design the kitchen, applied for all the permits, removed and replaced doors and windows, and installed a tile backsplash. A 2024 reviewer described a basement refinish with two bedrooms and a large open area, including mud and paint and the oversight of electrical and plumbing work done by a subcontractor. The same 2024 review lists demolition, moving walls, a dropped ceiling, egress windows, rot repair and weatherproofing, and says Austin was willing to talk through ideas while keeping the solutions consistent with code requirements. A 2025 customer said Austin had been over for four jobs at their 1870s house and praised his drywall. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0698697, held by Mix Up Fix Up LLC, is active on the state registry.
We’ve had Austin over for four jobs now and he is so good with everything we’ve needed. Our house is 1870s so it’s not the easiest property to work on. His drywall has been perfect. We definitely feel lucky we found Austin to help with all the things we needed. He’s top of my list to call from now on.
