I called Momentum late just before 9 PM and was so grateful someone answered after no luck with a couple other well-known companies operating in Concord. A broken spring caused my car to be trapped inside and our garage was not able to be secured. Momentum sent Joe who arrived within an hour and was able to help me out. He had the set of springs to match our door so the door was completed that same night. I don’t think you can find better. I know I will be calling them again.

Martin from Momentum Garage Door came by to install a garage opener in our house. He was super-fast, super informative, and super friendly! After our garage door broke, I choose to call Momentum based on the many great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Even though it wasn't an emergency (we didn't have a vehicle trapped inside) Derek assumed it was and offered to come in a few hours. I was able to send him a video of the issue and he quoted me based on that. He also did not charge me extra even though I had some stuff in the way the he needed to push back from the garage door. I didn't get any other quotes but the price seemed fair to me! Anyway, very happy I choose Momentum.

I would give zero stars if possible. I never give negative reviews even if I wasn't entirely pleased with the work. But, this was beyond bad work. After the tech assessed my garage door he gave me options for fixing my door. After he told me the price I confirmed with him if that was price for the repair and labor. He said yes. I asked if he could give me a work order so I can have it on paper what he would be doing. He said he would have it in receipt and it would be good. My gut said not to continue but I let him repair the door which took an hr. When he completed the work he showed me what he did then started tallying the bill. This included charging me tax when we don't have a sales tax. I told him we were in NH not Mass. He then started to list separate items and I asked him why the different charges when he said it was the repair and labor in price he gave me. What started at $750 quoted price ended up at $2500. They are not from Concord NH and I would suggest no one in the area use this company. I only used them because it said they were from Concord and had good reviews. It was a very gypsy operation.
