Monadnock Property Improvement

Austin did a fantastic job on our retaining wall, walkway and patio. He did everything he promised and more. We highly recommend him!

We contacted Austin to get a quote on installing a large fence around our property. His quote was very reasonable compared to other local professionals but the timeline he could do it in was months better! Austin and team worked hard to install and stain a beautiful fence on our property and every step of the way encouraged feedback to ensure we were extremely pleased with the end result! This is the 2nd job I have had MPI do and will continue to use them and refer them to others.

Sad to give a 1 star but we were essentially ghosted by MPI. We reached out to restart lawn services after being in contact previously and using their snow plow service all winter to be told they didn't have room for "new" clients. When I tried to initiate a conversation about this, via text, email and even phone call I was ignored. Not sure what happened but sadly can't recommend due to them cutting off all contact without any notice.

My property is large and was filled with leaves. Austin and his crew did such a a fantastic job clearing all the leaves. I highly recommend him.

After an incredibly rainy summer, it became clear that time prevented us from doing the hard work of rehabbing our gardens. We reach out to Monadnock Property Improvement, and they came out quickly, walked us through some of the best steps would could do to get ahead, and began working almost immediately - to meet some of our own tight calendar demands. Incredibly professional, easy to work with, and well worth the investment. Could not recommend him more!
