We rent out our camp in the winter for snowmobilers. Renters had just arrived from Pennsyvania for 35 nights with three generations of family and all their sleds and gear. During their first night the septic tank high level alarm went off. Called Dan and he quickly determined that the discharge line from the septic pump to the leach field was frozen. He needed hot water to thaw it out. He got very creative and connected a hose from the camp washer hot water connection and blew the hose up the line for about 45 feet before the freeze up was cleared. If he hadn't thought of that, the renters would have had to leave and return to Pennsylvania and their family winter retreat would have been ruined! We (and they) are very thankful to him. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable. We were also impressed with his down to earth vibes. Thank you Dan!
