It presents itself as a Generac certified installer covering Amesbury, Salisbury, Newburyport, Newbury, Merrimac, Haverhill and southern New Hampshire, and it is listed as a member of the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce. Its Massachusetts electrician license, number 17389, is active on the state registry. Master and journeyman numbers for New Hampshire and Maine appear on the company's own site; those are its claim, not something confirmed with either state. The review history runs deep — 46 Google ratings averaging 4.6, with written comments going back to 2021 — and the pattern holds steady: on time, questions answered, the job coordinated with whoever else has to sign off. A July customer described exactly that, crediting the crew with looping in the propane company and the inspectors so the work closed out quickly. Two things worth raising before you book. The sharpest negative in the record is about the bill for a small service call, so pin down what the minimum charge covers before anyone is dispatched. And BuildZoom's page for the company still shows a Massachusetts electrician license under a different number that it says expired back in 2004 — the active registration is the one that counts, but a homeowner who searches will run into it. For a standby generator, or for the wire-down call at two in the morning, this is a reasonable first call in this corner of the North Shore. Get the service-call minimum in writing, and confirm the New Hampshire or Maine license directly if the job is over the border.
