We had an excellent experience with Mosquera Construction finishing our basement. The space started as a completely unfinished basement, and Braulio and his team transformed it into a beautiful, comfortable living space for our family. Their work included framing, drywall, ceilings and soffits, flooring, doors, trim, baseboards, painting, and finishing around the structural beams and columns. We are very happy with the quality of the finished product and especially appreciate the attention to detail that went into making all of the structural elements feel integrated into the room. Braulio was responsive throughout the project, worked with us as the project evolved, and delivered a result that exceeded our expectations. The basement now feels like a natural extension of the rest of our home rather than an unfinished lower level. We would definitely recommend Mosquera Construction and would be happy to work with Braulio and his team again.
