Eighteen reviews in the last six months, and the same first name turns up in nearly every one: Domenic. Movers On The Go works out of Kilburn Street in Revere, and it's the kind of small operation where the owner is on the truck — customers name him and his crew, not a dispatcher. The jobs people call them for tend to be the awkward ones. A heavy piano over Memorial Day weekend, wrapped and protected before it moved an inch. A basement apartment in March with snow, ice and freezing rain working against them. Heavy furniture carried through a house with newly painted walls, and no scratches afterward. One customer whose furniture arrived a day early and got left outside in the rain by FedEx called Domenic, who picked up the phone and sorted it out at a reasonable price. Speed shows up almost as often as care. A June customer said the crew came in inside 30 minutes of the quoted time and reassembled the bed before leaving; another booked them the day before to unload a U-Haul. Furniture gets blanket-wrapped and strapped down, large pieces come apart and go back together at the other end, and stairs, hot Boston days and last-minute storage-unit runs keep appearing without anything going wrong. Across 61 Google ratings the average sits at 4.9, and the history runs back to 2023. One negative review sits in that history, left by someone at the quote stage rather than after a completed move — the only complaint in three years. Everything since has been positive, and reviewers who have hired them two and three times keep coming back, which is the more telling pattern. Worth knowing: almost everything written about this company lives on Google. There is no long paper trail across multiple review sites to cross-check, so the depth here comes from volume and consistency on one platform rather than from many independent ones. This is the crew for a local move — apartments in and out of the Boston area, a piano or a safe or something else nobody wants to carry, a same-week job when another company falls through. Get the quote in writing, flag the stairs and anything fragile when you book, and confirm how many movers are coming for the size of your place.

I just had an excellent experience with Movers On The Go. I had heavy furniture delivered one day early with no notice and Fed Ex left it outside in the rain. Domenic picked up the phone and gave excellent service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

Domenic & team have helped me and friends move into and out of apartments in the Boston area a few times and I cannot recommend these movers and their services enough! They can handle heavy and fragile items with professional care and ease. Strong movers! Domenic is insanely talented with packing a moving truck, which is what I hired him and team to do. When I arrived at my new home in the Southeast after driving down the east coast from Boston's Northshore, all items were intact and nothing broken. Everything was meticulously packed and tied down tightly, like a perfect puzzle. A true talent! Thank you so much! Domenic is quick to respond and helps troubleshoot logistics/scheduling. He accommodates and caters to each customer based on their needs/scheduling/timing. For example, I had a move scheduled with Domenic, and last minute had to leave 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. After explaining my situation, he was able to work with me to change my move out date. Him & team showed up early on the new move day and was able to help me move out faster than expected. I got on the road to my next destination 3 hours earlier than planned. They also offer any boxes and moving materials that you may need. Even during the move out process. I cannot recommend Domenic and team enough for your next move! You will be extremely satisfied with the value and time efficiency of your move!
