Dryer vents are the work people call this company about. After a thorough vent check, one customer wrote, Zack found a significant amount of lint buildup, and the lint removal brought a noticeable improvement in airflow. A customer who had a dryer vent cleaned and repaired said they came right on time, explained what they would be doing as they started, and gave the vent a thorough cleaning; that customer named Carson as the one who guided them. A customer whose dryer wasn't working properly said the technicians showed up on schedule and finished a maintenance and examination of the system. One customer gave up after waiting 4 hours, said every call required giving the full address, number and email to the same person, and said the company refused to let them speak to the tech or the owner.
