In February 2026 a Google reviewer called Mushero's to get a house levelled; they came out, looked everything over and quoted it, and during the work made sure the customer was happy before finishing each step, then cleaned up when done. Mushero's Jacking & Moving is based in Fairfield, Maine. Its site says it specializes in building lifting and transportation, using a structural lifting system that lets a building be lifted intact to correct issues under the house or moved elsewhere on the same property; it claims 50 years in business and offers free estimates. In July 2023 a Google reviewer wrote that it had been a four-year process to get their camps jacked up off the ground. Mushero's quote was more than double a competitor's, and when that company backed out, Mushero's gave an approximate start date that came and went with no call; the following spring brought another date, the work began a little sooner than that, and the reviewer called the crew neat, clean and very hard working. The same reviewer wrote that Paul is the owner, does all the scheduling and works alongside his crew, and that the project took over a year from its original start date.
We called Musheros to get house levelled. They were super great, came out and gave us a quote looked over everything throughly. When they came and did the work they were very particular and made sure I was happy with what was going on before finishing each step. I was VERY pleased with the outcome and how quickly they were able to do great quality work. They cleaned everything very nicely after finishing. . I would definitely have them come back to do more work for me or send them over to family or friends. Thank you again Musheros!!!! You’re the BEST!

It has been a four year process to get our camps jacked up off the ground. We called several companies and Mushero’s was one of two that came and looked and gave us a quote for the job. We originally chose the other company because they were less than half the cost of Mushero’s quote. The other company did not start the job when they said they would. They returned my call when they were a no show and said they were having staffing problems and they would .start the following Spring. Well that came and went and when I called again they said they could not do the job. We than called Mushero’s and got an approximate start date. Honestly, the same thing happened. Start date came and went with no call. Months later we got a call but it was for our address to add to their Christmas mail list. I called the following spring and was given another approximate start date. Mushero’s was able to begin a little sooner than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The crew was neat, clean, professional and very hard working! It was a job very well done so all in all, it was worth the wait and the Clevelands ! My advice is to be patient and persistent. Paul is the owner and he does all the scheduling. He is out working along side his crew and then comes back and makes the calls for scheduling. They go from job to job which can be weather dependent and it is a type job that you don’t fully know the extent of till you get started so that can really throw off the scheduling. It took them over a year to do our project from their original start date but it truly was worth the wait because the crew is extremely professional and fast
