NaturaLawn of America describes itself on HomeAdvisor and Angi as a landscape company in Portland providing lawn care, maintenance, and landscape design and installation. A 2020 customer said the techs took a soil sample, found the lawn was very acidic and put down a heavy application of lime. A 2020 Angi customer said the man who came to do the lawn was knowledgeable and professional. A 2018 customer said their lawn was better than it had ever been and valued the communication between the workers and them. A 2017 customer said the project was done without setbacks and that they got guidance on caring for the lawn. A 2016 customer said someone came out to discuss the job the same day they called, with the first application within the week. A 2022 Google customer said a promised call from a technician never came, and that weeks later a technician showed up unannounced, measured and gave a quote on the spot, which they accepted. That 2022 customer said that over a month later they had not heard anything back.
Tried to get them to respond. Someone emailed me saying that a technician would be calling me. No one called so I emailed back to her a few weeks later. She said that she was surprised nobody had gotten in touch with me and that she would look into it. 3 weeks go by and nothing happened. All of a sudden about 2 weeks after that a technician shows up unannounced. He measured and gave me a quote on the spot which I accepted. That was over a month ago and I have not heard anything back. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

This is the best lawn care company I have ever had, and I've had at least five. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. They took a soil sample, discovered my lawn was very acidic, and then out down a heavy application of lime. The lawn now looks like a golf course.irene d C.
