NeighborBuilt handles small home repairs and yard work. The company describes its focus as repairs, finish work, decks, updates and property care on smaller-to-mid-size projects. One customer said Garrett diagnosed a baseboard electric heating unit that hadn't worked in years and fixed it in under a half hour, then came back to clear the brush in the back yard. A customer with a hole in the drywall and damaged trim said he fixed both quickly and cleanly at a reasonable price. A bathroom remodel customer said Garret, the owner, gave suggestions that were spot on, beat two other quotes on price, and had the lawn cut while the family was on vacation. A customer who did a small bathroom renovation and yard work in August praised the attention to detail, and a customer with a few jobs around the house said Garrett kept them updated.
Garrett has been wonderful to work with. Our baseboard electric heating unit hadn't worked in years. He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with it and fix it in under a half hour. He also was able to come back and help us clear out the brush in our back yard. It looks 100x better and it was so affordable! I'm so greatful we found someone reliable who we could trust to help get these projects done.
Garrett was friendly from the first message, and he made the whole thing easy. I had a hole in my drywall and some damaged trim, and he got both fixed quickly and cleanly. The price was very reasonable for the work. I'd happily call him again.
Neighborbuilt home Improvement, just finished my bathroom remodel. We couldn't be happier. Garret the owner was easy to work with. His suggestions were spot on, and we love the work he did. We are still trying to find a flaw and can't. The costs were very reasonable and beat the other 2 companies we had quotes from in price. It good to know who to call for future projects. We also had our lawn cut while we were on vacation. It was like killing two birds with one stone. We are very happy customers.
Really happy with the work! I needed a few things taken care of around the house, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Garrett was super easy to work with, he kept me updated, and did a really nice job with the little details. I’m definitely happy with how everything turned out and would recommend him to anyone who needs some work done around the house!
In August, we had a great experience with NeighborBuilt Home Improvement! They did a small bathroom renovation and some yard work for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were beyond professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any home improvement or lawn care needs!
