0 stars! Stay away from them. Took my parents money for parts for a stove. 3 months later no parts and they’ve lied multiple times about sending the refund for the parts they couldn’t get. Several times they said they “mailed the check monday”. That was a month ago and now they don’t answer. Stay away! They are a scam and not trustworthy at all.
This is our second time using this company. The first time we were totally satisfied. This time they said they had to order the part and would be 4-8 days. We are going on 13 business. I contacted them after a week they said today or tomorrow it should be in and that was 3 days ago. Probably be the last time we use them because clearly they don’t even know when this part is coming in.
I called from an Assisted Living community because my vendor couldn’t come for 2-3 weeks. I spoke to a kind gentleman and we had a repair man out that same day. We are so appreciative and will be switching vendors. Thank you.
Talk to a person. Still have not fixed it yet. Every body is busy. Hope to get back to them. They were fair on there house call.
Neighborhood Appliance Repair did an excellent job of repairing our refrigerator. They are polite and professional.
