A 2024 customer said the team finished the agreed scope of work on time and came in under budget. A 2023 customer said the company installed a few new outlets and a closet light, showed up on time, offered options to choose from and cleaned up the work area afterwards. A 2023 customer said they were fit in because of a deadline for a fire safety inspection and a sale. A 2022 customer said a dedicated line for a sump pump was scheduled for the next day, and that Aldin and Sean explained all the details. A 2022 customer said Jeremy and Aaron showed up on time and set up their pool and hot tub. A 2021 customer said staff helped diagnose their beeping hard-wired smoke detectors over the phone. In a 2020 r/burlington thread, a commenter said the company had done a heat pump install, a new bathroom, a new furnace and a car charger for them, and called it transparently priced. In a July 2020 r/burlington thread, another commenter wrote that they highly recommend New England Electric.

The electrical work on our project was handled with care, competence, and professionalism. Jeremy, the master electrician, was thorough and thoughtful — checking every connection for safety and explaining what he was doing along the way. He treated our home with respect, and his assistant followed his lead with the same steady work ethic. It’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way.

We have had them do service for us before with complete satisfaction! The call me made today Jim happened to fit us in . The two gentlemen that came were so polite, eager to help out. They take pride in their work as well as your home, with a dustpan and broom in hand. You will not be disappointed with their service.

Great group to work with -- excellent work at a fair price. Jim is responsive with quotes and communications, and his crew is knowledgeable and professional. Couldn't be happier.

The team at New England Electric did an amazing job with my mother's range. After 3 months without a functioning oven, she was very frustrated with the process of getting this new range installed by others. From Jim to Jeremy and Dan at New England Electric, this company went above and beyond and accomplished what should have been done by others from the start. I can't say a big enough Thank You to these guys! You've gained a lifetime customer!
