Its stated service area includes Westfield, Southwick, Agawam, Springfield, Northampton, Ludlow and other nearby towns. It holds an A grade and accreditation with the Better Business Bureau. A recent customer says Andy and the team have managed their lawn for at least five years and are happy to share their knowledge and answer questions. A customer in their second year with the company says Jamie and his team brought a dead lawn back to life, and that the lawn is now thick, green and healthy. A customer who switched from another lawn care company found the prices competitive and calls the mosquito protection well worth the money. A 2025 customer wrote that the company diagnosed a grub infestation and recommended aeration, reseeding and a year-long treatment plan, that they spent nearly $3,000 over the year, and that the yard ended up in worse condition with the grub problem persisting. In a later edit, that 2025 customer added that the company was working to repair and rehab the yard at no cost to them. A 2023 customer wrote that the backyard grass turned brown the day after a visit, that the technician attributed it to disease, and that they got about 25% back on a prepaid year.
We were in need of serious lawn care; we've had other companies over the many years but New England Lawn Care is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, friendly company that we have ever dealt with . This is our first year of hoprfully many years to come!!
Andy and the team have managed our lawn at least five years. They communicate well and are happy to share their knowledge and answer any questions. Definitely appreciate their expertise for our lawn.
We had been using another lawn care company, and we found New England Lawn Care's prices competitive. My husband takes a lot of pride in our lawn and he's been very happy with the service. I also find their mosquito protection well worth the money (they do a thorough job and it really works!!) Also, can't wrap this up without saying what a pleasant team they have! They always take the time to touch base if they see us. It is really appreciated.

This is my second year with New England Lawn Care and I am so happy. Jamie and his team were able to bring my poor dead lawn back to life. I remember last May when Jamie said “you will see a big difference next Spring” and he did not disappoint. My lawn is thick, green and healthy. Their office staff is very informative, patient and kind when I had many questions. New England Lawn Care took care of my employers commercial property for years before the company moved. We were very happy with their service and professionalism.
