We are so happy we chose Mike with New England Ponds and Patios. We had a beautiful koi pond in our backyard when we moved in, but it wasn’t safe for our toddler. Mike came to the house and provided a consultation and explained the different options. We ultimately decided on a “Pondless” water feature which preserved the stream and waterfalls while keeping my toddler safe (no standing water). Mike is obviously very passionate about what he does and worked hard to make everything perfect.
I do not often leave reviews on hired work unless the work was exceptional. Mike with NE Ponds and Patios is truly exceptional. Mike is one of the hardest working contractors I have ever met. His work product is exceptional to say the least. Extremely fair with costs considering his extreme high quality and attention to detail. When lawn grows in I will add pictures. Highly highly recommended for ANY patio or pond work!! Truly exceptional!

I can’t rave enough about the water feature that Mike designed and installed for me. We collaborated beautifully in creating the design, but he added the artistic vision and critical eye. And he is a perfectionist with his installation. He hand-picked each significant rock and placed it for maximum effect, then lit it with the eye of an artist. The end result is stunning and a showpiece on my property. The value on what he delivered for what he charged shocked me. He’s worth every penny and more. Let him quote your job. You won’t be disappointed.
We worked with Mike a couple of years ago and still love the results. He built a beautiful natural-looking pond with large stones, created a big flower bed, and leveled a very tricky part of our yard full of rocks and uneven ground. Everything was done thoughtfully and with great attention to detail. The space still looks amazing and works so much better for us. Highly recommend!
