In 2023, an r/RhodeIsland commenter with a water filtration system wrote that NEWCO's last tests were so basic they doubted it could test for rarer chemicals.
βI have a water filtration system and will call NEWCO to see but their last tests were so basic, doubt they can do advanced searches of more rare chemicals.β
Fantastic company to work with.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly
My experience with NEWCO was outstanding! AAA+++ Great service, pricing and most importantly customer service. Tom, Parker and Jeff treated me with respect and explained all steps related to the installation of my antibacterial black light. I highly recommend this company! See their work pic attached.
Decided to give them a try from a recommendation. What a mistake. My water was perfectly fine before they came out. Now it leaves a white film on appliances, turned my white towels brown, and turns my pool green. They changed or broke something that cost me $700, now they want to charge me $900 more to repair it with no guarantee it will actually fix the issue. Stay far away if you have an iron problem.
