New Leaf Property Maintenance

I had been putting this major back yard renovation project off for a long time because I did not want to deal with the headache. I finally reached out on a local Facebook page to get referrals for a company and I was led to New Leaf. I called on a weekend, left a message, and had a text message from their office a few days later. From then on it was nothing but wonderful customer service, transparency and efficient work. Tyler and his team got it done in about 3 days from start to finish. [Make sure you get on their schedule because they can book out pretty far, for good reason!] I went from a backyard that was thicker than a jungle with overgrowth and a disgusting pond hidden within, to the backyard of my dreams! I would hire Tyler and his crew again any day and will be recommending them to anyone in the central MA area who is in need of some heavy duty landscaping. Thank you for turning my nightmare into my wildest dreams!

The team was great. They did a great job on an almost brand new front and side yard for us. With cobblestone and stone flower and plant beds to a wonderful cobblestone and stone walkway. They also widened our driveway by about 6 feet adding another side yard parking area adding to the 2 we already had. The landscaping was amazing and very professional. We are extremely happy with the results and we definitely recommend them for any Property Management job that you are looking for. Thanks to Tyler and his team!

I’ve had New Leaf here several times now, and each visit the results are over and above my expectations, which are fairly high to begin with! They are prompt, excellent communications, detail oriented, and in general a pleasure to deal with and have on the property. They have quickly become my “go to” first call for projects in my little patch of the world, and large or small, they will likely become your first call as well. I had a shed brought in last summer didn’t have time to put in a pad. New Leaf crew came in today, picked up the shed like it was a matchbox, installed drainage stone, installed a perimeter, then blocked the shed nice and level with zero impact to the shed. A few weeks earlier they did a fabulous spring cleanup on an area I thought was a lost cause, now it’s looking great!

Tyler and his crew are awesome ! I had him redo my back yard totaling over 10,000 square feet. He stripped it ,put 100 yards of new loam down and graded all in one day. It came out incredible !! I also hired him to dethatch my front lawn, not only did he do that he did the side yard and the area in the back that was not redone the day before. Then he goes the extra mile cleaning up the entire thatching by mowing the entire yard and topped it off with doing all the trim !! ..who does that kind of detail ? Tyler is who ! It is nice to see a company that takes pride in their work and goes beyond expectations! Also their communication with us was excellent, keeping us informed on every step of the process. You can't go wrong with New Leaf !!! I highly recommend them !!

I am very particular with my yard and do much of the maintenance myself. But there is always some kind of “heavy lifting” or specialized type of work that needs to be done that requires an expert hand. Spring and fall clean ups, planting larger shrubs and trees and redefining our mulch beds when they need it. There are few people I would trust to do the work to my satisfaction. From the beginning Tyler has been extremely attentive and always has thoughtful suggestions to offer. He listens to my ideas and humors me probably more than he would like! But he gets what I want to do and he executes it beautifully every time. Tyler and his crew have been doing work for us for over four years now. This year an incredibly invasive weed had taken over our front garden beds and they needed to be ripped out completely in order to remove it. Working tirelessly over two days in 90+ degree heat, Tyler and his team restored our mulch beds beautifully!! They also created a fantastic new larger mulch bed in our side yard as well. Our yard always looks gorgeous when New Leaf is done working in it and we couldn’t be happier. Tyler will remain our “go-to” for any work we need done in the yard, hopefully for years to come!
