New Village Landscape Inc

Just had New Village complete a small yard refresh (flatten, install drainage piping, loam/topsoil/seed and dig a small parking spot in front of house by the road. Joe was great. We had looked at his mixed reviews and decided to take a chance and we couldn't be happier. He provided a detailed written quote, showed up when he said he would and was responsive to any mid-project requests. We will definitely call him again.

I spoke to this person yesterday he was supposed to come by today after 4 to give me an estimate. I asked him to let me know if he wasn't coming. It's now after 5 I called him it went to voicemail so I doubt he'll show up . I find more of these guys have no respect of my time. It's very disappointing.

Just as another reviewer mentioned started off great but as time and projects went on deadlines aren’t met and projects are left incomplete. Switched to another developer after a project was left incomplete and had to continue with another company

These guys were excellent for a the past 8-9 years, until now. Then they randomly stopped answering calls, became rude, stopped answering texts or showing up. They said they were going to travel out of the country and then no shows. This is the first and only year we’ve had issues, but the fact we can’t even get a hold of anybody for the grass is odd. They used to respond asap, then this year responded after we badgered them only. Now they are completely unresponsive to us. They used to be kind, but started to become rude this year as well. They would come one week and not show up for 3-4 weeks thereafter. They also accused me of trying to not pay them or something, but there are many instances I tried asking to pay them and they wouldn’t even respond to that, until the bill was higher then started to be aggressive, even though I had texted multiple times asking to pay them weeks/months prior. Wouldn’t recommend these guys again unless they became more consistent and reliable. All our grass is now well over 8in, getting new landscapers this week we hope, just please BE VERY CAREFUL!!
