Next Level Chimney And Fireplace INC

Great Service.

Great experience from start to finish! The crew came out to clean our chimney and did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very thorough. They explained what they were doing, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was clean and safe before they left. No mess, no hassle, and no pressure! It’s hard to find companies that are reliable and take pride in their work these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs chimney or fireplace service. Five stars!

Based on finding out I’m a side job now it made sense why A 1 day job took 3 weeks to finish with all the excuses not showing up and being late. What a fiasco. No warranty no paper work nothing. We’ll see how this stands up before a possible lawsuit.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place. What a joke. I don’t what the owner is thinking but obviously does not care. Awful awful.

I had my chimney repaired yesterday April 29th and it came out perfect! Kass did a great job and I highly recommend him for any masonry work that needs to be done! I am referring Next Level to my neighbors too!
