A 2023 customer said Paula talked them through the order and they got a 12 yard dumpster for a basement clean out. A 2023 customer who sold a house said Nick's Carting brought multiple dumpsters over a few weeks. A 2024 customer said oil was spilled all over their driveway when a dumpster was delivered and the company refused to clean it up. A 2023 customer said the dumpster at their apartment building went unemptied for weeks on end. A 2022 customer said the company twice promised to collect a dumpster from their driveway the next day and, months later, had not. A 2021 customer said a salesperson named Jamie took payment and promised a pickup the next day, and no one came.
If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would put that! The customer service is HORRIBLE! Forget about speaking to a supervisor, because she avoids you like the plague when a complaint is put in! They told us on 3 separate occasions that a dumpster would be there and it wasn’t. Then the dumpster rolled over our NEW neighbor’s lawn and was failed to be fixed until we complained about it numerous times! They also refused to give any discount until we got a 4th dumpster, which we only needed 3, and the discount was only $50!!!! This place is GARBAGE! No pun intended!

The employees have a great understanding of a customer’s needs when assisting the selection of cart sizes and time needed to use the carts.
