Nickerson Renovations have been incredible to work with on my house project. From quote to finish, Travis and the whole crew have been incredibly communicative, and very methodical, thoughtful, and thorough in addressing the planned scope and unplanned issues they uncovered. A friendly and courteous group, I will most definitely have them back to do the other projects my house needs completed hopefully in the near future.
I very much dislike that I have to post a negative review. The estimator came promptly and was very professional. The quote was very high for some painted trim replacement, steps and various other repairs. The crew arrived ahead of schedule which was nice. Travis was pleasant as was the crew but the process seemed disjointed. I had to message him after they disappeared for 5 days to complete the work. After paying thousands of dollars for work I noticed a couple of important things that were not done per contract. I contacted Travis a few times and he refuses to respond. Quite a mess was left behind and some damage. Disappointed to day the least.
I've wanted my metal roof and balcony painted for several years but put if off partly due to the headache of hiring someone. Finding Travis restored my faith in honest, professional, and hard working contractors! His communication was top notch from start to finish. I never wondered what was happening with my project, and it was a truly hassle-free experience. He worked tirelessly to remove paint that had splattered on the front of my home during the job, and made sure we were 100% happy with the result before leaving. Travis is friendly, thorough, and I won't hesitate to recommend or hire him again in the future.
Nickerson Renovations was very friendly and easy to work with. They paid close attention to what we were looking for and they were very clear with their quotation of work. Once the work started, if there were any questions, they did not hesitate to ask for clarification or preference. They also brought to our attention any building issues that needed addressing otherwise that they could see. Each day they worked, they were friendly and courteous. It was clear they enjoy their work. They also warranty the work according to the number of coats of paint. In addition to painting, they were also able to do a number of repairs on trim work that saved us from getting a separate contractor. In addition, one of their employees made a suggestion on the painting of our sign, which when implemented caused several people passing by to comment and ask questions about the business. All told we are very pleased with the work and can certainly recommend them.
Working with Nickerson Renovations was a pleasure from beginning to end. Travis's communications skills are excellent. The job was completed AHEAD of time and very well done by his hard working team. We will call on them again for sure.
