When a summer contractor ripped up a kitchen floor and two walls in a Google customer's house and then stopped showing up, Tony of North Star Property Solutions came in as a last-minute hire, replaced the walls, replaced the kitchen flooring and painted the living room. Tony was professional, timely, excellent with communication by phone/text and in person visit to quote the jobs. Organized and took notes of requested work during walk through. Asked relevant questions to ensure accuracy. Sent pictures to show work. Reasonable quote that was accurate in the end. Easy billing and payment system. This summer, I hired a Mom and Pop contractor to do some wall replacement and kitchen floor replacement. Paid a deposit upfront, the contractor ripped up my floor and the two walls that needed to be replaced. And then decided to not show up. With my house, torn apart, And my deposit lost,I was kind of in panic mode. I already paid this and was left with a destroyed house. Tony of Northstar Property Solutions came in as a last minute hire and replaced the walls, replaced my kitchen flooring, and painted my living room. This was an add-on job for him, so he was already booked solid for the summer, but took time out of his schedule to come and make sure my house got back to being good as new. Tony did a wonderful job. My living room looks great and my kitchen looks better than never. Tony repaired the ceiling in our primary bathroom, and repainted both the ceiling and walls. He also painted the stairwell to our basement - a project that was long overdo. In addition he pressure washed our front door brick steps and concrete landing, as well as our back deck. He did a wonderful job on everything! The bathroom looks beautiful (you can’t see any sign of the ceiling drywall repairs), the stairwell looks brand new, and we now have a lovely entrance to our home again. I highly recommend him for any household project you have. In fact, he’ll be returning to our house to repair the ceiling in our primary bedroom and again paint the entire room
