Not only that, but he spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me and gave me invaluable information during that conversation. I made the changes that he recommended, and less than 12 hours later, I could feel the difference temperature in my living room and first floor. I could not believe it. I’ve been trying everything to stop the cold air flow and draft I could feel in my 100 year old home. Taking his advice did the trick!!! The actually temperature in the downstairs and the thermostat finally match! Thank you a million.
