My wife and I had a great experience with Northland Roofing. From initial call with Taylor for scheduling the roof replacement consultation, to discussing next steps with Darren, who was very personable and answered all our questions prior to starting the job. During the job we had conversations with the owners, Dominic and Kay, who addressed a few of our concerns during the roof replacement and made sure they were handled properly. We also had a great experience working with Jen, who helped coordinate our project, schedule, and provide us will all paperwork we needed after completion. They have a fantastic team and I would definitely work Northland Roofing again in the future.

I had an issue with my gutters and reached out to Darren at Northland Roofing LLC in Bethel, Connecticut. Instead of simply charging me for a full gutter cleaning, Darren used a drone to inspect the gutters and discovered that they were only blocked in one area. He came by, took care of the blockage, and didn’t charge me for a full gutter cleaning. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help without trying to sell me a service I didn’t need. If you need roofing or gutter work, I highly recommend giving Darren and Northland Roofing LLC a call. Great company and great service!

We had a great experience with Northland Roofing. I had requested a quote for a whole new roof through their website and they contacted me the same day to set up an appointment. The sales guy, Darren was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and stayed in touch with me, following up on all my requests and questions throughout the project. I had gotten multiple quotes from different companies and chose Northland because they were no BS, no gimicky sales and no high pressure to make a decision. I was glad I chose them. The roof turned out beautiful. They started within the timeframe they said they would and finished it in less than 2 days and it was a very large roof. Great communication as well. They kept me updated via text or phone call (by a real person, no AI); I never had to contact them to see what was going on. I don’t live in the house and was preparing it to sell so sticking to a timeline and being kept updated was important to me. Best of all, they were $8k less than their competitors. I didn’t know they also did home remodeling and decks but now that I do, I will definitely be using them again! I highly recommend!

Great work, Darren was a big help, answering my questions about the gutters. We went with larger 6” and gutter guards. Their pricing was good and installation was done quickly but carefully.
