A 12x18 patio is one recent HomeAdvisor customer's job, and that customer says Jose made the process simple from the beginning. Jose Ortega describes himself on Thumbtack as the owner of Northscapes Inc., and the website says the locally owned company has worked throughout Providence County, RI since 2018. A recent customer says Northscapes trimmed back some trees and later Jose and his crew did their patio; despite some unexpected excavation, Jose tried to stick to the original estimate as close as he could. A recent HomeAdvisor customer says Jose and his crew cut down two large oak trees and four others, pruned others and cleaned everything up. A customer who had a 75-foot oak tree removed recommends them for tree work. A recent customer says the crew showed care with wires near the house. A customer in a new home says Jose took their ideas for the landscaping and rolled with the changes and additions throughout the job. A 2020 customer said Jose and his crew cleaned and mulched all the beds and added retaining stones and crushed stone to a 40-foot path, as well as pavers. That 2020 customer said they stayed professional on a day it was snowing, cold and raining. A 2021 customer said Jose and team installed their patio and were responsive when asked to rearrange some tile where the grill would be. Northscapes holds 5 stars from 75 Google ratings and 4.8 stars from 52 Thumbtack ratings, and its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
