Nick showed up when he said he would and took less time than he predicted, according to a recent customer of NVS Affordable Painting. A recent customer called NV Painting a family business and said they expect them back soon and again in the spring. A recent customer who gave the job 4 stars said the owner started each day by coming to the site to discuss progress and next steps on a complete room paint and floor. That customer said everything found along the way was corrected, and named one disappointment: the lack of dust mitigation and containment, adding that they could have shut some doors as well. A 2023 customer with an antique home said Nick and his crew stripped old wallpaper, smooth-mudded the walls and ceilings and finish-painted the dining room and entryway, and that they asked them to come back to do the exterior. A 2022 customer said Nick repainted a condo they had purchased, replacing the hinges on the cabinets and painting one wall three times, and communicated with them frequently while they were in Pittsburgh. A 2022 customer said they hired Nick to paint a kitchen, hallway and bathroom, a job that included carpentry work. A 2023 customer said Nick was there the evening they called and that furniture was moved and covered. A 2021 customer said rain held up the job, but Nick and the crew returned when weather permitted and finished before the customer's family gathering. On Google the business shows 5 stars from 38 ratings; Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 stars from 36 ratings.
