I hired NW&E company for multiple services, and they exceeded expectations. They began with a thorough dryer vent inspection, finding blockages that could have caused serious issues. Tatum took time to explain everything clearly. Their dryer vent repair was quick and efficient, and their dryer vent cleaning improved airflow dramatically. They also examined my fireplace and completed an important chimney repair that made the system much safer. Their chimney sweep cleaning was extremely thorough and left no mess. I appreciated how professional and detail-oriented they were. This is the type of company you can trust for honest, high-quality work every time.

I finally called NW&E Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning And Chimney Repair Service LLC Of CT for a dryer vent inspection. Theo arrived on time and found a lot of lint build up that I had no idea was there. He walked me through the whole process, did a full dryer vent repair, and gave maintenance advice that was easy to understand. Theo was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I’m planning to make this an annual inspection. Thanks again to NW&E Company for the excellent service.

Many thanks to Mark and the staff at NW&E Chimney Repair Service and Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. They did an amazing job when they serviced my house in North Haven last week. They fixed the outdated insulation in the attic, my dryer vent functions flawlessly, and my chimney is immaculate. Our air quality significantly improved as a result of their air duct cleaning. I especially valued the roofing and pest control tips. A business that manages so much with such professionally is hard to come by. You won't regret giving them a call if you're in North Haven.

Wasnt even able to give a rough price for a routine simple chimney check & dryer vent clean. a 30 min tops job. Pass.
