It names Fitchburg, Concord, Worcester, Nashua, Shrewsbury, Groton and Gardner as its service area, and says it offers free estimates and 24/7 emergency service. Nick is the owner, according to a reviewer whose overgrown property the crew cleaned up. For one customer, NXT removed a large tree, ground the stump, then brought in loam and reseeded the area. Another hired it to remove two big DogBerry trees that were too close to their sheds; the crew showed up on time, dropped the trees safely and cleaned up every twig. For a yard depression about 4ft by 4ft, Nik came out on short notice, informed Dig Safe, provided insurance documents and then scheduled his crew to do the work. After Nick handled a site visit and estimate for another customer, Neftaly and crew pruned shrubs, some grown to tree size, and took care of fallen branches. Other work has included de-weeding and cleaning up flower beds, fresh mulch, trimming a burning bush and re-paving patio area stones. A customer who had diseased or damaged trees and large pine branches removed called it a job well done for a fair price. In a 2025 HomeAdvisor review, a customer who needed branches cut away from the roof three days before a roof replacement said they came the same day to look and did the work the next day. In a 2023 review, a customer said they got a quote within a few hours.
