We couldn’t be happier that we selected PJ and Lizzy Antonik at Oak Development to build our new home. From the first meeting we were confident that the construction would be excellent, and it was! We also appreciated their process. They teamed with our architect to tweak and improve on the design to fit our vision and budget. The coordination with our landscape contractor was seamless. The quality of the finishes is a testament to PJ’s exacting standards and Lizzy’s design flair. Their sub-contractors were true craftsmen, everyone worked with professionalism and graciously explained what they were doing when we dropped by to check on progress . Everyone who visits is just wowed by the property and we can’t quite believe we get to live here!!
The Oak team does absolutely beautiful work. Their homes show incredible attention to detail, and it’s clear they take great pride in every project.
