Oak Hill Power Washing cleans house exteriors, and the owner tells the start plainly: he says he began six years ago helping friends and family powerwash their homes, and the business grew through word of mouth. The company says it offers free estimates. A recent customer had the entire home washed and said it looks brand new, praising the communication and the attention to detail. A 2025 customer said this was the second time they had hired Colby to power wash the house and clean the gutters, and that he also cleaned the roof that time. A 2025 reviewer who named Colby as the owner said he was on time, neat and clean, and charged reasonable prices. A 2025 customer said Colby arrived on time and explained the process clearly. A 2026 customer who had used Colby in the past wrote about a road encounter with a truck bearing the company's name: the reviewer said the driver rolled through a stop sign and, in the heated exchange that followed, threatened to attack them. That customer said they never had a problem with his work.
Great communication and customer service. Very well done with attention to detail and thoroughness. Had the entire home washed and cleaned in remarkable time. Looks brand new! Highly recommend!
I've used Colby in the past but that will never happen again after today. Was driving to pick up my kid from a friend's house and turned onto Pine St. from Salisbury St. As I was driving, I saw a black truck on Hillside Ave. heading towards Pine. As I approached, the truck didn't come to a stop at the stop sign and instead rolled right through it. He was only going 15mph when he made this illegal move and I was coming around the corner as he did it and had to slam on my brakes to prevent an accident. As you can guess, almost rear-ending someone because they decided not to obey a stop sign, doesn't really make you happy. The person in the driver seat kept looking back in their side mirror at me the entire time as we were driving instead of, you know, paying attention to the road in front of them. I eventually got to North Seekonk and went to make a right turn onto Bloomfield St. The person in the truck was still watching me in their side mirror so as I turned I gave him a one finger salute to let him know "Yes, the person you almost caused an accident with isn't happy with you." Because they seemed really interested in my mode more than driving the large truck they were operating. The truck slammed on it's brakes on PIne St. and when I looked in my review mirror, a block and a half away from Pine St. I could see the truck, BACKING UP DOWN PINE ST. to come follow me. I didn't want to make a scene at my kid's friend's house so I pulled over. I got out of my car and stood on the side of the road until he reached me. I was standing by the passenger side door and he rolled down the window. At this time, I saw "Oak Hill Powerwashing" name on his door just beneath his window. We had a heated exchange about him blowing a stop sign and almost causing an accident and at one point he said, "I saw you but you looked like you were far away." To which I replied, "No matter how far away you thought I was, you still need to come to a complete stop before pulling in front of someone ya idiot." He got visibly mad that I called him an idiot and he got out of his truck and started walking around the front towards me. I asked him, "Are you coming around to fight me?" And he answered, "Yeah, I am." I said, "Well that's really dumb considering your business name is right here (I pointed to it). Going to make it easy to find you after you assault me." He then stopped in his tracks and turned back to go into his truck. At this point, after confirming his intent for a physical altercation, I decided to call him out for threatening someone to only turn tail when it's pointed out how dumb that is with his business name written on the side of his truck. I also told him that he just lost business as I was a customer of his. He said I looked familiar and I said well, good job losing business by driving recklessly and then threatening people with physical violence. Never had a problem with his work but I don't understand people who own their own business, put the name of it on their vehicle, and then drive recklessly. Saying he thought it was OK to blow a stop sign because he thought I was far enough away, is dumb. Escalating by threatening to attack me, is just doubling down on the dumb.
I had an excellent experience with this power washing company! Colby was friendly, professional, and took great pride in his work. He arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. My home looks brand new again — the results truly exceeded my expectations. It’s refreshing to work with a business that values both quality service and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional power washing services!
