Customers describe Ocare handling overgrown yards, lawn mowing, mulch beds and paver work, alongside complaints about damaged plants and unfinished cleanup. The Westfield landscaping business has recent praise for a patio job and a project that combined clearing an overgrown yard, removing an old fence and installing a paver walkway. The walkway customer said the crew kept them updated, arrived when promised and cleaned up before leaving. A repeat customer praised overgrowth removal completed as requested, while another praised mulch spreading, reasonable pricing and communication. A customer writing in June 2026 reported a very different experience with brush removal and transplanting a decades-old bush. They said an apple-tree limb was broken, the bush was damaged after Manny pulled it out with a chain, and workers cut a witch hazel down to a stump despite instructions to leave it alone. The customer disputed Manny's account of what had been agreed and said they declined his offer to return and correct the work. Other complaints concern completion and follow-up. A May 2026 reviewer said mowing left the yard messy and requests to return were met with excuses and missed visits. Another May reviewer said requests to correct work went unanswered and described an intention to take the matter to small claims court. An April 2026 customer said plants were covered with mulch rather than removed and old red mulch was covered instead of dug out; that customer declined a return visit and was considering small claims court. Those are the customers' stated plans, rather than court outcomes. Some earlier customers described follow-up and regular care positively. In a November 2025 review, a homeowner said a $155 front-yard fall cleanup left leaves behind, but the worker returned after they contacted Manny and finished the job. An October 2025 reviewer recovering from surgery praised regular mowing over more than two months, naming James as the prompt worker who communicated when needed. A November 2024 customer praised gutter cleaning and a video showing the cleaned gutters. Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.1 stars from 33 ratings; Thumbtack shows 5.0 from five.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work O Care Landscaping did for us. Our yard was completely overgrown, and they came in and made it look like a totally different property. They cleared everything out, removed our old fence, and installed a beautiful paver walkway that came out even better than we imagined. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and kept us updated throughout the whole project. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up before leaving. You can tell they really care about doing the job right instead of just rushing through it. It’s hard to find contractors who are reliable and take pride in their work, but these guys definitely do. The pricing was fair, the quality was excellent, and the entire experience was stress-free. I would recommend O Care Landscaping to anyone looking for landscaping or hardscaping work and will absolutely be using them again in the future.
To say Im left in shock and horror at the quality of this job is an understatement. Hired to remove and invasive vine and brush amd transplant a decades old bush to the opposite side of the yard. Im left with a broken fruit-bearing limb on my apple tree, and the bush is damaged and half dying due to Manny placing a chain around the base of the bush and forcibly tearing it from the ground instead of transplanting it correctly. Manny says I agreed to this, which I most certainly did not. I also explicitly told them I didnt want a witch hazel moved and caught his team cutting it down to the stump, thank got I told them to stop there. Too bad I missed the rest of it until it was too late and the bush already torn from its place. On top of that, Manny claims his team tilled the entire space, but thats also a bold-faced lie as over 70% of the space is fully rooted still. I expressed my displeasure, and Manny offered to come back out and correct it. I told him no. Google for all details.
