Ocean Shores Apartments sits on the Lynnway in Lynn, and almost nothing has been written about living there. Thirty-eight people have left a Google star rating, but only four wrote anything, and two of those are a heart emoji and a note from someone dropping off belongings for family. The one substantive account is a one-star review from April 2024, in which a resident describes feeling watched constantly, says tenants could be put out over feeding birds, and recalls being questioned about collecting their own mail. A 2022 visitor waiting on a walk-through noted the on-site laundry and a community room. That is a thin basis for a verdict, which is why there is no rating here. If you are considering a unit, go see it, ask current residents about how the building is run day to day, and get the community rules in writing before you sign a lease.
