On the Flye LLC is a house-cleaning company whose website lists a service area running from Belfast, Appleton and Rockland through Searsport, Stockton Springs, Winterport and Searsmont. The company says it has been in business 15 years, and its site says each cleaning is handled by a trained steward who pays attention to the details. A recent Google customer who has used them for many years looks forward to their visits every month and says that if anything is accidentally missed, a call gets it fixed quickly. A recent customer called it a woman-owned and managed company. A 2025 customer said they had been coming for over a year, that the house was clean after every visit, and that they used eco-friendly cleaning products. A 2025 customer signing from Camden Hills Realty said On the Flye cleaned and tidied a home after dusty remodeling and did not miss a thing. A recent 3-star customer said the house was always clean and smelled fresh, but several appointments were missed without a phone call, a text about a skipped cleaning got no reply, and they were paying much more than some neighbors who used other services. That customer cancelled the account.
The ladies who do the actual cleaning are great. The house was always very clean and smelled fresh when they were done. However, several appointments were missed without a phone call. I texted today to see why my scheduled cleaning didn’t happen and got no reply. I also found out I was paying much more than some of my neighbors who used other services. I cancelled my account.
On The Flye is a woman-owned and managed company that is very professional and very trustworthy. I have loved my Years with this company. Highly recommend.
They are friendly, reliable, and do a great job with my cleaning needs. If they accidently miss anything, all you have to do is call and they are speedily fixing the issue.. I have been one of their customers for many years and look forward to their visits every month.
On the Flye does an amazing job! They've been working with us for over a year, and our house is sparkling clean after every visit. All the folks there are professional and friendly. They use eco-friendly cleaning products, which we really appreciate!
We used On the Flye to clean & tidy up a home following some "dusty" remodeling. They did not miss a thing. Very happy with the end results. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. John Burgess/Camden Hills Realty.
