Online Cleaning Services INC

ON Cleaning Services is a Taunton company built on repeat, recurring visits — bi-weekly cleanings show up again and again in its reviews, with the same two names, Graziele and Rinara, mentioned by clients directly. Graziele Jean-Baptiste is listed as the company's president on its Better Business Bureau profile, which carries an A+ rating with no complaints or government actions on file. The written record so far is eight Google reviews, all five stars, running from March 2025 through June 2026. One customer who had been on a bi-weekly schedule for six months by spring 2025 singled out Graziele and Rinara by name as friendly, punctual and thorough; another, writing in November 2025, credited a deep clean with getting an oven cleaner than she thought possible. A June 2026 review, the most recent on file, describes the same pattern: professional, communicative, and consistently on time. Several reviewers mention long-running arrangements — one had used the company for 8-9 months as of spring 2025, another for six months and counting — suggesting the crew that shows up is consistent rather than rotating. The company's own site claims 7 years in business, though its BBB record shows the business starting in 2022; worth asking directly if you're weighing how established they are. There's nothing negative in the record to flag. Anyone setting up a recurring cleaning schedule, a move-in/move-out clean, or a one-off deep clean can point to a genuinely consistent multi-review track record — just confirm current pricing and availability for your service area.
