Unbeknownst to me, Eric has a GC license for both residential and commercial projects. So, he always does things by the book. His architectural education only enhances his creativity. This is seen by his remarkable craftsmanship on the finished trim work outside, but more impressive inside. The front door has become a focal point inside the house.
